Our Commitment to Satisfaction

At VesaBooks, we stand behind the quality of our personalized storybooks. We want you and your family to be completely delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we're here to make it right.

Printed Books

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your printed hardcover book, you may request a refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions for Refund: The book must be in its original condition Request must be made within 30 days of delivery date Original proof of purchase is required

How to Request a Refund: 1. Contact our support team at support@vesabooks.org 2. Include your order number and reason for the return 3. We'll provide return instructions or process your replacement

Damaged or Defective Books: If your book arrives damaged or with printing defects, please contact us within 14 days with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no additional cost.

Digital Products

7-Day Refund Window

Digital products (PDF downloads) may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if the file has not been downloaded.

Conditions: Refund must be requested within 7 days of purchase The digital file must not have been downloaded Once downloaded, digital products are non-refundable due to the nature of digital goods

Exceptions: If you experience technical issues preventing you from accessing your purchased digital content, please contact us and we'll work to resolve the issue or provide a refund.

How Refunds Are Processed

Processing Time: Once we approve your refund request, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if a book shows signs of use or if only part of a bundle order is being returned).

Exchanges

If you'd prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we're happy to accommodate:

Different Story Theme: We can create a new book with a different story at no additional cost Corrections: If there's an error in the personalization that was our fault, we'll reprint at no charge Upgrades: You can upgrade from digital to hardcover by paying the difference

To request an exchange, contact support@vesabooks.org with your order number and exchange request.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

Digital products that have been downloaded Custom reprints requested after the original book was delivered satisfactorily Books returned after the 30-day window Shipping costs for returns (unless the item was damaged or defective) Items purchased during promotional periods where "no refund" was clearly stated

Cancellations

Before Production: If you wish to cancel your order before it has been sent to print, you may do so for a full refund. Contact us immediately at support@vesabooks.org.

After Production Begins: Once your book has been sent to our printing facility, cancellation is not possible. Please use our preview feature thoroughly before finalizing your purchase to ensure everything is correct.
